You can purchase the exclusive induction cleaning tool ‘kkalkkeumi set(cleanning kit)’ at our on-line shopping mall or on-line auction shopping mall. Spray the dedicated cleaning agent on the hardened dirt due to food contamination, and after 10 minutes, clean the area with the dedicated scraper and wipe gently with a clean dry cloth.

Check that the circuit breaker and power plug are connected properly. Make sure the power switch is on. thank you.

Check the hot water temperature is over 80℃. Check if the hot water heater is working properly. (hot water temperature on the display window) Check if the container is in the correct position (if it is in the correct position, it will be displayed as “on” in the display window). Check if the ‘IH (induction) use’ container is placed.

A “tak-tick” noise may occur, but it is due to the thermal expansion of your container depending on the type of container, a resonant sound such as ‘Jing, jji’, etc. may be heard. The noise of wind blowing like a ‘boong, wing’ is the noise of the fan motor running to cool the internal heat down. (The volume may vary depending on the internal temperature)

It is recommended to use a stainless steel container or an IH (induction) use container. Unlike general highlight heating, the IH heating method is an electromagnetic induction heating method, so it is recommended to use a IH use container. When using a general stainless steel container. be careful to choose a right height for the water outlet of this product.

Use a container with flat bottom diameter 10~20cm.
